DADER_Dept. of Restaurant Management

The program is designed to coach the students to secure a Class-C license in Chinese cuisine, baking and bartending, preparing the students to possess a host of licenses upon commencement.

The department operates a professional auditorium that seats three hundred, and regularly stages demonstrative cooking seminars presided by renowned industry experts, intending to avail the students to emulate face-to-face with renowned industry moguls.

The department has been at the forefront of participating a variety of cooking, bartending, restaurant services contests and brought home many national trophies and medals, and is noted for its senior coaching system that aims to demonstrate and pass on creative recipes.
