The program provides the students with hands-on training in child care cultural learning through arts and craft, music, dance, games, rhythms, feeding, story telling and dramatic enactment and such. The program is also backed by comprehensive firmware, some of which includes instrument classroom, teaching media production room, nursing classroom, nursing personnel assessment classroom, simulated kindergarten setting and the like.

The department routinely stages instrument assessment, story telling, teaching device production assessments, as well as talent contests, together with annual children's arts festival staged, with invitations extended to include children from nearby kindergartens, offering the students a stage to showcase their learning results. The school hosts yearly field kindergarten visitations, coupled with kindergarten internship offered in senior year that provides hands-on teaching and internship at outside kindergartens, aiming to familiarize the students with child culture through two-way interactive learning and interning.
