Dept. of Auto Mechanics

The curriculum is designed to culminate rudimentary auto industry manpower and train the student with repair and service instrument operating know-how and rudimentary judgments in auto malfunction repair and service capabilities. The department focuses on technical know-how, professional knowledge and professional ethical requirements to ensure that the students fully understand the theories behind various operations, professing the essential know-how in auto disassembly, reassembly, and repair and service adjustment capacities. The department operates an enormous internship garage shop for factory internship, complete with 30 internship vehicles and 50 diesel fuel injection engines. It also operates a large volume of screening and detection instruments and model modules, such as computer-controlled maneuver tester, fuel injection tester, malfunction simulator, auto body dissection demo bench and so forth, allowing the student to combine theories and hands-on operations in surpassing Class C auto repair technician assessment, and be able to acquire auto repair and sales techniques as a professional talent recognized and accepted by the industry.
